Horrible experience. They only showed me properties they were trying to sell that were unfinished or overpriced. Kept making excuses for everything. At closing everything wasn't inspected as it should of been once i flew into town. They went into a condo deal and didn't do due diligence on it before closing and lost my 5k deposit. If you want to loose money or make a bad investment go with them. They kept switching things around and lying about everything that was foreseen. I am filing a lawsuit and going to real estate board.

We recently sold our home in Henderson and had Courtney working on our behalf. He is a pleasure to work with and very professional with a great team of assistants backing him up. Extremely knowledgeable and always available to respond to any questions we had. You can't ask for a better realtor to have representing you.

For starters, Daryl had been involved in the purchase of 3 prior home purchases and 2 sales before I bought and sold the 2 homes pertaining to this review. This time around, my wife and I calculated the cost of a realtor and tried to find a way around that cost. We figured she's an attorney, and we aren't idiots, so we should be able to navigate the purchase and sale, saving tens of thousands of dollars in the process.

We quickly felt up a creek without a paddle.

We couldn't agree on how much we should fix up our house before putting it on the market. We needed good pictures and to decide where, when, and how to list the property. We were facing a tight timeline too because we needed to sell our home in order to purchase the home we wanted. This meant having to respond to potential buyers' requests (and their realtor's) while also dealing with the sellers on the home we wanted to purchase.

With Daryl's advice, we made reasonable and affordable upgrades to our home that resulted in a sale price $10K above our preferred price, AND we sold our home 10 days after it listed. We had dozens of questions when navigating the inspections and appraisals of both properties, and Daryl just answers the questions. THEN the structure of our loan required that our home sell before we could close our purchase, which meant closing escrow on the sale and purchase on the same day in that order. With Daryl's guidance, both loans closed before noon, and we were unpacking in our new home by 1pm.

Those words are so easy to write, but there's a lot of emotion and stress that goes into buying and selling homes. It's easy to understate the joy and relief that we felt on Friday, May 10, when it all came together.

I think we thought we could do it on our own because Daryl makes it seem easy. He hides all the work, leaving you to think you can do it on your own. Then he doesn't tell you all the headaches he shields you from, so we ended up thinking we could handle it.

Could we have done it ourselves? Maybe. Or maybe we would've fumbled at certain critical points that caused one domino not to fall that tanked the whole deal. It definitely would've cost so much more stress and detracted from our experience.
